'Play It Like An Actor' is a track that I wrote with a friend firmly in mind. I wrote it to try to convey the idea that whilst we all want to be accepted for being our most authentic selves, no holds barred, it is also absolutely fine to put on a front at times in order to get through difficult moments in life. Sometimes we simply need to adopt another persona to help meet the expectations of others or indeed to protect ourselves, and we shouldn't chastise ourselves for doing so.
